Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy applies to our android and iOS app and our social media pages and all the services users can access through it.

1. Information we collect

We only collect personal information that we need and that is relevant for the purposes for which we intend to use.

a) Information supplied directly by Users:

• Registration Data: the information provided by Users when they create an account on the  app: e-mail.
• User Profile Information: the information added by Users on the app in order to be able to use the  Fraudster App service; i.e. like, dislike, comment, reports etc. 
• Information about communications: app will have access to the information supplied by users for the resolution of any queries or complaints about the use of the app (contact and feedback form).

b) Information indirectly supplied by Users:

- Data from the use of the app: Fraudster App collects  data from the use of the app Platform every time users interact with the App.

- Data resulting from external third parties: Fraudster App may collect personal data or information from external third parties if the user authorised such third parties to share that information with  Fraudster App.

- Data from the origin: when user arrives at the App through an external source (link from website/social network), Fraudster App collects data on the source. 

2. Use of your personal information

- When user has provided consent: Fraudster App may use and process users’ personal information to contact with marketing communications that users have specifically requested from  Fraudster App, only if users have consented Fraudster App to.

- Fraudster App uses and processes users’ personal information received when using cookies on users’ device. Users may withdraw consent at any time.

- To comply with Fraudster App legal obligations: use of users’ personal information to comply with obligations under the law.

- Where processing is necessary for us to pursue  legitimate interests as a business: to promote our business, to support enquiries from users, to respond to users’ needs, to operate technical aspects efficiently.

3. Disclosure of your personal information by us

The users’ personal information will only be disclosed outside  Fraudster App in limited circumstances. If we do, we will celebrate a contract to protect your personal information. Any recipients that work for us will be obliged to follow our instructions. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Third party service providers:

We may disclose your information to our third party service providers, agents and suppliers, only for the purposes of providing services to us or directly to our users/clients.

4. Social media

Our use of social media platforms  includes publishing pages through which users can interact, and we can advertise to our users using information they have provided those platforms or which has been provided by us or collected from our App.

5. The User’s Obligations

Users of our  Fraudster App are responsible for the proper use and access to their profile and other contents in accordance with the current legislation, as well as with the principles of good faith, morals, generally accepted customs and public order.

Users of our  Fraudster App are responsible for correctly entering their individual email and passwords, which are non-transferable and must be sufficiently complex, and for not using the same as on other platforms, in order to protect their account from fraudulent use by third parties not belonging to the App.

Users shall refrain from using their profile or other contents for illegal purposes or with illegal results that harm third-party rights and interests or that may in any way damage, disable, affect or impair the App and its contents and services.

Any users who breach the above obligations shall be liable for any loss or damage caused by them.  Fraudster App will accept no liability for any consequences, loss or damage that may arise from such illegal use or access by third parties.

6. De-registration by  Fraudster App Users: Our users may de-register using the Feedback Form on our App.

7. Security and links to third parties

The security of our users personal information is very serious. Fraudster App uses various measures based on good industry practice to keep it secure.

Fraudster App employs security measures to protect the information users provide to us, to prevent access by unauthorised persons/entities and unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction or damage.

Users may be required to accept certain third party app in order to access of the App functionality. Those third party services have their own privacy policy‚ users have to read their privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy policies and practices of other third party services.

8. Personal Information Retention Periods

Fraudster App Users’ personal information will be retained during the performance and maintenance of the contractual relationship; i.e. for as long as they are  Fraudster App users or until they exercise their right to restrict the processing of their data. The periods for which  Fraudster App holds your personal information will depend on the type of personal information.

Once a user has cancelled the registration, Fraudster App will keep their information for the time established in the tax, health, criminal and any other legislation that may apply, for the purpose of filing and defending legal claims to which  Fraudster App may be a party. We retain users’ personal information for the purposes of establishing, bringing or defending legal claims for up to 6 years from the date we no longer require it for the purposes listed above.

Exceptions to the period mentioned above are where:

- users exercise right to have the information erased and Fraudster App does not need to hold it in connection with any of the reasons permitted or required under the law;

- users exercise right to require to retain personal information for a period longer than our retention period;

-  Fraudster App brings or defends a legal claim during the period  Fraudster App retains users’ personal information, so users’ personal information will be retained until those proceedings have concluded and no appeals are possible;

-  Fraudster App Users’ account is subject to investigation of criminal or fraudulent activity;

- in limited cases, when official entities or regulator requires us to keep users personal information for a longer or shorter period.

10. Fraudster App Responsibility

Fraudster App will not be liable for any service interruptions, connection errors, unavailability of, or faults in, the Internet access service, or Internet interruptions or for any other matters beyond its control.

Fraudster App accepts no liability for any security errors that may arise or for any damage that may be caused to the User’s computer system (hardware and software), or to the files or documents stored therein, as a result of the presence of a virus in the user’s computer system or mobile handset used to connect to the App contents and services; a malfunction of the browser; the use of outdated versions thereof.

Fraudster App does not control how users use the App. It therefore does not guarantee that users use them in accordance with the  Fraudster App Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, or in a diligent and prudent manner. Fraudster App does not check, and is under no obligation to check, the identity of users or the truthfulness, current validity, completeness and/or authenticity of the data supplied by them.

Fraudster App rejects any liability for damages of any kind that may arise from Users’ illegal use of the App or due to the information supplied by Users to other Users about themselves being untrue, no longer valid, incomplete and/or false.  Fraudster App accepts no responsibility for the use of the App or for any orders that may be made by a third party from the User’s account.

Fraudster App gives no warranties regarding the authenticity, accuracy, , lawfulness, novelty, reliability or non-infringement of third-party rights by Mandataries. In this regard, users state that they understand that  Fraudster App is a technology platform whose main activity is intermediation (it puts Users and Mandataries in contact with each other) and that it therefore accepts no liability arising from the information provided by Mandataries or for any loss or damage that may potentially be suffered by them due to a breach of  Fraudster App Privacy Policy and  Terms of Use. When an order is placed on the App and accepted by the Mandatary, a direct relationship is established between the User and the Mandatary. Fraudster App is not a party to this relationship and merely provides the App to enable the Parties to communicate and place as many orders as may be necessary. Fraudster App will therefore never be liable for the availability of Mandataries or for their adequate and satisfactory performance of assignments.

Users accept that any claims they wish to bring for legal liability arising from actions or omissions of other users or third parties shall be restricted to such users or third parties, and that no actions for liability may be taken against Fraudster App.

11. Changes to Privacy Policy

Fraudster App may review this privacy policy from time to time and any changes will be notified to users by posting an updated version on our App, and/or by contacting users by email or notifications on the App. Any changes will take effect 10 days after we post the modified terms on our App, or after the date we notify by email or notification on the App.
